10:17 AM EDT, 07/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oportun Financial ( OPRT ) said Monday it has entered into a multi-year cooperation agreement with Findell Capital Management to resolve a contested director election.

Findell will support and vote in favor of Oportun's nominees, Raul Vazquez and Carlos Minetti, at the 2025 annual meeting, the firm said. In return, Oportun will appoint Warren Wilcox as a Class III director, with a term expiring at the 2028 annual meeting.

Findell has agreed to withdraw its director nomination, the company said.

Shares of Oportun were down over 1% in recent trading.
