07:33 AM EDT, 04/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- OppFi ( OPFI ) said Tuesday its board has declared a special dividend of $0.12 per share, payable May 1 to shareholders of record April 19.

The financial technology platform's board also authorized a new $20 million share repurchase program. The repurchase program will expire in April 2027.

OppFi ( OPFI ) shares rose 4.7% in Tuesday premarket activity.
