05:58 PM EDT, 09/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Optex Systems Holdings ( OPXS ) said late Monday it received contracts worth $2.1 million for laser-protected periscopes from two domestic clients in support of the ongoing armored vehicle production.

Deliveries are expected over the next 18 months, the company said.

Optex shares were up 7.1% in after-hours activity.
