Oracle Fiscal Q4 Non-GAAP Net Income, Revenue Rise; Shares Gain After Hours

04:17 PM EDT, 06/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oracle (ORCL) reported late Wednesday fiscal Q4 non-GAAP net income of $1.70 per diluted share, up from $1.63 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.64.

Revenue in the three months ended May 31 rose to $15.9 billion from $14.3 billion a year earlier.

Analysts expected $15.6 billion.

The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.50 a share, payable July 24 to holders of record July 10.

Shares of the company rose 7.6% in after-hour trading.
