12:04 PM EDT, 10/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Orangekloud Technology ( ORKT ) said Friday that Toh Puay-Yong has been named chief financial officer, succeeding Shally Ang, who is resigning for personal reasons.

Toh has worked at the company since 2017, holding roles in finance, mergers and acquisitions and strategic management, as well as covering the CFO duties from mid-February to early June this year while Ang was on maternity leave, the company said.

Orangekloud ( ORKT ) shares were 2.3% lower in recent trading.
