Oreterra Metals Raises $9.7 Million After Closing Final Tranche Via of Non-Brokered Private Placement

09:00 AM EST, 03/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Oreterra Metals ( OTMCF ) on Thursday said it closed the second and final tranche of its oversubscribed and upsized non-brokered private placement raising total proceeds of $9.7 million.

Proceeds from the issuance of hard-dollar units will be primarily used for exploration activities at its Trek property, as well as for general working capital needs.

Shares of the company closed unchanged at $0.62 on Wednesday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
