08:51 AM EST, 11/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Orion (OEC) said Friday it has appointed Jonathan Puckett as chief financial officer, starting Dec. 1.

Puckett will succeed Jeff Glajch, who plans to retire at the end of 2025 and provide consulting services in Q1 2026 to ensure a seamless transition, the company said.

Puckett most recently served as vice president and CFO of Celanese's (CE) acetyl chain business, Orion said.

Shares of the company were up more than 2% in recent premarket activity Friday.
