Orion Raises Prices, Adds Variable Surcharge Due to Disruptions Caused by Iran Conflict

08:46 AM EDT, 03/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Orion (OEC) said Friday it is raising its prices by up to 25% and introducing a variable surcharge to all Specialty segment customers to cope with rising costs and supply chain disruptions caused by the Iran conflict.

The price increase and new surcharge are set to take effect immediately, or as contracts allow, the company said.

Shares of Orion were up more than 2% pre-bell Friday.
