07:23 AM EDT, 03/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Orix ( IX ) said Tuesday it acquired all outstanding shares of packaging materials wholesale and recycling firm Nozoe Industry.

Financial details of the deal weren't provided.

Orix ( IX ) said it intends to combine its nationwide sales network with Nozoe's collection network and recycling capability.

Orix ( IX ) added it plans to broaden the variety of flexible plastics processed by Nozoe while evaluating potential expansion into materials used in automotive and home appliance manufacturing.
