09:27 AM EDT, 07/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Orrstown Financial Services ( ORRF ) said Monday that it has completed its merger with Codorus Valley Bancorp ( CVLY ) .

In December, the two banks signed an agreement under which Codorus Valley would merge with Orrstown in an all-stock transaction worth approximately $207 million, or $21.31 per share of Codorus Valley common stock, based on the $24.35 closing price of Orrstown common stock on Dec. 11.
