Ovid Therapeutics Names Meg Alexander CEO

07:58 AM EST, 11/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ovid Therapeutics ( OVID ) said Wednesday that Meg Alexander has been named chief executive officer and board member, effective Jan. 1, 2026.

Alexander succeeds Dr. Jeremy Levin who will transition to executive chairman of the board.

Alexander joined Ovid in 2021 and most recently served as president and chief operating officer, the company said.
