09:53 AM EST, 11/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Owlet (OWLT) said Wednesday it is collaborating with Locus Health to integrate data from its BabySat prescription device into Locus Health's remote patient-monitoring platform, giving clinicians continuous access to key infant health metrics after hospital discharge.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

The collaboration is expected to give healthcare providers using Locus Health secure access to vital signs like oxygen saturation and pulse rate collected by BabySat after infants are discharged from the hospital, the pediatric health platform said.

Shares of Owlet were down 1.8% in recent Wednesday trading.
