08:23 AM EDT, 09/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oxford Lane Capital ( OXLC ) said Friday its estimated net asset value per share as of Sept. 8 was between $20.02 and $20.22.

The company said the estimated value is not approved by its board and may differ materially from the net asset value it will report for the quarter ending Sept. 30.
