Oxford Lane Capital Estimates NAV at $4.64 to $4.74 per Share as of Feb. 28

08:56 AM EDT, 03/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oxford Lane Capital ( OXLC ) said Tuesday its estimated net asset value per share as of Feb. 28 was between $4.64 and $4.74.

The company said it had about 437.2 million common shares outstanding as of the same date.

The final net asset value for the quarter ending March 31, may differ from the estimate, Oxford Lane said.
