08:10 AM EDT, 04/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- P10 (PX) said Monday that it has completed its acquisition of Spain-based Qualitas Equity Funds SGEIC for an initial price of $63 million, with the potential for additional earnout payments.

Qualitas Funds manages $1 billion in fee-paying assets and serves more than 1,300 limited partners across the ultra-high-net-worth, family office, and institutional channels, P10 said.
