05:07 AM EST, 11/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- P10 (PX) said late Monday its affiliated manager, Enhanced Capital, partnered with funds managed by HPS Investment Partners to provide structured capital services for renewable energy and battery storage projects in the US.

The company said investments made by the partnership will be designed to provide capital to energy transition projects while simplifying the monetization of renewable energy tax credits without the need for complex tax equity structures.

It added the new platform would combine HPS Investment Partners' track record of investing in renewable energy and infrastructure businesses and assets with Enhanced Capital's expertise in tax credit structuring and monetization.
