Palantir Technologies Poised to Deliver Robust Q2 Results Driven by AI, Wedbush Says
Aug 1, 2025 8:09 AM

10:59 AM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Palantir Technologies ( PLTR ) is expected to post strong Q2 results driven by artificial intelligence as a "massive" US Army contract puts the company "in the sweet spot to benefit from a tidal wave of federal spending on AI," Wedbush Securities said Friday in a note.

"Palantir's ( PLTR ) unique AI software approach will be a positive growth catalyst as governments look to further increase efficiency," Wedbush said.

The US Army's 10-year agreement for up to $10 billion combines "dozens of contracts into a single enterprise deal," partly to accelerate the delivery of proven commercial software "while removing contract and reseller pass-through fees and reducing procurement timelines," the note said.

"Palantir ( PLTR ) remains one of our top tech names to own in 2025," Wedbush said, maintaining its outperform rating on the stock with a $160 price target.

Q2 results are expected on Monday.

Palantir ( PLTR ) shares fell 2.2% in recent Friday trading.

Price: 154.90, Change: -3.45, Percent Change: -2.18
