04:18 PM EDT, 08/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Palo Alto Networks ( PANW ) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings late Monday of $0.95 per diluted share, up from $0.75 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.89.
Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 was $2.54 billion, up from $2.19 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.50 billion.
The company guided for fiscal Q1 adjusted EPS of $0.88 to $0.90 versus FactSet estimate of $0.85 and revenue of $2.45 billion to $2.47 billion versus FactSet estimate of $2.43 billion.
The company expects full-year fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS of $3.75 to $3.85 on revenue of $10.48 billion to $10.53 billion. Analysts expect EPS of $3.67 on revenue of $10.42 billion.
The company also said that its founder, board member, and chief technology officer, Nir Zuk, has retired. Chief product officer, Lee Klarich, has been appointed to the board and has also assumed the role of CTO.
Shares rose 6.4% during after-hours trading.
