01:43 PM EST, 02/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Par Pacific Holdings ( PARR ) shares declined 9.7% in recent Wednesday trading, a day after the company reported a Q4 swing to a loss.

The adjusted net loss of $0.79 per diluted share compared with adjusted earnings of $1.08 a year earlier, the company said Tuesday.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.97.

Revenue in the three months ended Dec. 31 fell to $1.83 billion from $2.18 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.68 billion.
