05:42 PM EDT, 05/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Paramount Global ( PARAA ) entered a distribution deal with Charter Communications ( CHTR ) for its linear cable networks, CBS-owned broadcast stations and streaming services, the companies said Thursday.

Ad-supported versions of Paramount's direct-to-consumer services will be available to Charter's Spectrum customers without any additional costs and Charter will place these services for purchase to its internet-only customers, according to the joint statement.

Financial details of the partnership were not disclosed.
