08:00 AM EST, 01/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Paramount Resources ( PRMRF ) on Thursday declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share for January, payable Jan. 31 to shareholders of record on Jan. 15.

The company paid the same dividend in December.

Paramount previously announced a $15.00 per share special distribution to holders of its class A common shares following the closing of its previously announced asset disposition to Ovintiv ( OVV ) .
