05:34 PM EDT, 07/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Paramount Skydance ( PSKY ) said Monday it extended the expiration dates for its previously announced exchange offers and tender offers related to its proposed acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery to July 22.

The company said the settlement dates are expected to occur in the third quarter and that it anticipates further extending the offers, if necessary, so they settle on or within one business day of the acquisition's closing.
