08:59 AM EDT, 07/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Park National ( PRK ) said Tuesday it appointed President Matthew Miller as chief executive officer, starting Jan. 1, 2026.

The company said Miller, who will retain his title as president, will succeed David Trautman, who will continue to serve as chair of the board.

Miller has been president of the company since 2019 while Trautman has held the CEO role since 2014 and served as board chair since 2019, according to the company.
