10:35 AM EST, 11/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Parker-Hannifin ( PH ) said Monday it completed the sale of its North America composites and fuel containment division to SK Capital Partners.

The company said the divested business includes six manufacturing locations across the US and Mexico with annual sales of about $350 million.

Parker-Hannifin ( PH ) and SK Capital Partners agreed to the transaction in July.

PH shares were up 0.7% in recent trading.
