Parsons Completes $200 Million Acquisition of BlackSignal Technologies

07:38 AM EDT, 08/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Parsons (PSN) said Friday it has completed its previously announced acquisition of BlackSignal Technologies for $200 million.

BlackSignal develops signal processing techniques through artificial intelligence and machine learning, Parsons added.

Under the terms, BlackSignal will be integrated into Parsons' defense & intelligence business unit, the company said.
