12:35 PM EST, 03/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Patrick Industries ( PATK ) said Andy Roeder has been appointed as the company's new chief financial officer, starting Tuesday.

In his new role, Roeder will also be the company's treasurer and executive vice president for finance. He joined Patrick Industries ( PATK ) from Polaris (PII), where he was CFO of Polaris Boats unit, according to the company.

Matt Filer, who served as interim CFO since May 2023, will resume his role as senior vice president for finance and take on the additional role of corporate controller, Patrick Industries ( PATK ) said.
