Paycom Software Promotes Randy Peck to Chief Operating Officer, Makes Other Appointments

10:09 AM EDT, 05/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Paycom Software ( PAYC ) said Friday it promoted Randy Peck to the role of chief operating officer.

Peck most recently served as Paycom's strategic adviser to executive management. He also previously served as director of software strategy.

Meanwhile, Matt Paque has been named chief legal officer, while Jennifer Kraszweski was appointed as chief human resources officer.

Paque, who previously served as general counsel, will also continue to serve as secretary of the company. Kraszewski previously served as the company's senior executive vice president of human resources.
