09:04 AM EDT, 08/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Troops (TROO) said Thursday it has signed a non-binding deal to buy a portfolio of UK property assets valued at about 40 million British pounds ($54.2 million).

The company said the deal involves acquiring UK property-holding companies through a mix of cash and Troops shares.

The portfolio is expected to generate rental income and complement the company's co-living and co-working operations in Asia, Troops said.
