PayPal Launching Ads Manager Platform for Small Businesses; Shares Up Pre-Bell

08:33 AM EDT, 10/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PayPal Holdings ( PYPL ) said Tuesday it is launching an ads manager platform to enable small businesses that use PayPal ( PYPL ) to make money from their existing store traffic.

PayPal Ads Manager will also allow small businesses to create new advertising inventory and unify campaign management via a single platform.

The offering will be available in the US starting early next year, with the UK and Germany to follow, the company said.

PayPal ( PYPL ) shares were up 4% in recent premarket activity.
