07:39 AM EST, 01/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- PayPal ( PYPL ) said Thursday it has agreed to acquire Cymbio, a multi-channel commerce orchestration platform.

The acquisition will support PayPal's ( PYPL ) Store Sync agentic commerce service, allowing merchants to make their products discoverable on AI platforms, the company said.

The transaction is expected to close in H1 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, PayPal ( PYPL ) said.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
