05:41 PM EST, 02/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PDF Solutions ( PDFS ) , which helps maximize the manufacturing effectiveness of semiconductor firms, said Wednesday it signed a definitive agreement to acquire secureWISE from Telit IOT Solutions for $130 million in cash.

A combination of cash on hand and $70 million of new bank debt will fund the acquisition, which aims to expand the reach of PDF Solutions' ( PDFS ) semiconductor manufacturing data platform, it said.

The deal will likely close in Q1.

PDF Solutions ( PDFS ) shares jumped over 5% in after-hours activity.
