10:17 AM EDT, 09/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Pebblebrook Hotel Trust ( PEB ) said Tuesday its operating partnership Pebblebrook Hotel ( PEB ) and the partnership's PEB Finance subsidiary priced a private offering of $400 million of 6.375% senior notes due 2029.

The private placement is set to close on Oct. 3, subject to customary closing conditions.
