05:17 PM EDT, 07/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alan Trefler, 10% Owner, Director, CEO & Chairman, on July 10, 2025, sold 45,000 shares in Pegasystems ( PEGA ) for $2,328,607. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Trefler has control over a total of 77,733,712 common shares of the company, with 33,006,692 shares held directly and 44,727,020 controlled indirectly.
