06:03 PM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pennant Group ( PNTG ) said late Wednesday it acquired home health agency and outpatient therapy operation in Wyoming.

The businesses, which will continue operating as Healing Hearts Home Health and Healing Hearts Outpatient Therapy, will serve communities in Gillette and Moorcroft.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
