04:45 PM EDT, 10/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PennyMac Financial Services ( PFSI ) and PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust ( PMT ) said Monday that Kevin Ryan has been appointed as the joint company's chief strategy officer, effective Oct. 13.

Ryan previously worked as chief financial officer at Better (BETR), the company said.

The company also said that Marshall Sebring has been promoted to chief investment officer and Shiva Iyer has moved up to the role of chief enterprise risk officer.
