PepsiCo boosts stake in energy drink maker Celsius in $585 million deal

(Reuters) - PepsiCo ( PEP ) has increased its stake in energy drink maker Celsius Holdings ( CELH ) through a $585 million deal, the companies said on Friday.

PepsiCo ( PEP ) had paid $550 million in 2022 for an 8.5% stake in Celsius.
