06:11 AM EDT, 07/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- LL Flooring Holdings ( LL ) shares were up over 12% in premarket activity Thursday after its shareholders elected all three nominees from the private equity firm F9 Investments.

F9 Investments said late Wednesday that based on a preliminary tabulation of voting results, LL Flooring ( LL ) shareholders have elected Tom Sullivan, Jason Delves and Jill Witter to serve as directors on LL's board.

LL Flooring ( LL ) said that the final tabulation of voting results from its 2024 annual meeting will be disclosed "in due course."

Shares of LL Flooring ( LL ) closed up more than 21% on Wednesday.
