05:05 PM EDT, 06/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Perimeter Medical Imaging AI ( PYNKF ) after close of trade Tuesday said it closed its prospectus offering of units and pre-funded units of the company for $3.13 million.

The company issued an aggregate of 10.43-million units for $0.30 per unit. The units were made up of a share and a five-year warrant to buy a second share for $0.35.

The company intends to use proceeds to continue the commercialization of its technology, establish clinical evidence and continue product development, as well as for working capital and other general corporate purposes.

The company may close additional tranches of the offering for proceeds of up to $15 million.

The company's shares closed down $0.02 to $0.21 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
