10:15 AM EDT, 05/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Permian Resources ( PR ) earlier Monday priced an underwritten secondary offering of almost 51.8 million class A shares previously held by affiliates of EnCap Investments, NGP Energy Capital Management and other investors at $16.47 each.

The oil and natural gas producer did not sell any shares as part of the offering and will not receive any proceeds from Monday's stock sale. Permian Resources' ( PR ) stock closed Friday night at $16.57 a share.

Shares were up 1% in morning trading Monday.
