PG&E Q3 Earnings, Revenue Rises; 2025 Guidance Tweaked

06:22 AM EDT, 10/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PG&E ( PCG ) reported Q3 non-GAAP earnings Thursday of $0.50 per diluted share, up from $0.37 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.42.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $6.25 billion, up from $5.94 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $6.41 billion.

The company narrowed its 2025 non-GAAP core EPS guidance to $1.49 per share to $1.51 per share, from the earlier guidance of $1.48 to $1.52 per share. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.50.

The utility operator also initiated 2026 non-GAAP core EPS guidance in the range of $1.62 to $1.66 per share. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.63.
