04:39 AM EST, 12/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Philips (PHG) said Monday it has agreed to acquire SpectraWAVE, which provides intravascular imaging and physiological assessment to treat coronary artery disease, for an undisclosed fee.

The acquisition will expand its portfolio of intravascular imaging and physiological assessment devices.

The company added that SpectraWAVE's technologies have the potential to boost adoption of coronary intravascular imaging and physiological assessment, especially when combined with its own Azurion image-guided therapy platform.
