Philips to Sell Emergency Care Unit to Bridgefield Capital

09:41 AM EST, 01/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Royal Philips (PHG) said Tuesday it has agreed to sell its Emergency Care business to US-based investment firm Bridgefield Capital.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal is expected to close in H2, Philips said.
