08:02 AM EST, 12/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- PHX Energy Services ( PHXHF ) on Friday declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per common share, the same as what the company paid the previous quarter.

The dividend will be payable on Jan. 15 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 31.

Shares of PHX closed down $0.05, or 0.5%, to $9.47 on Thursday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
