07:40 AM EDT, 03/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Orbit Garant Drilling ( OBGRF ) , which rose 3.5% last Friday, over the weekend announced that on March 19, 2025, a company owned and controlled by Pierre Alexandre completed a series of transactions through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange and various alternative trading systems pursuant to which the company sold an aggregate of 1 million OGD common shares. This represented 2.7% of the issued and outstanding common shares of OGD.

Alexandre, who is an Executive Vice President and Director of Orbit Garant, remains OGD's largest shareholder with approximately 21% equity interest.
