Piper Sandler Completes Acquisition of G Squared Capital Partners

09:02 AM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Piper Sandler ( PIPR ) said Monday it completed the acquisition of G Squared Capital Partners, a boutique investment bank specializing in government services and defense technology.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

The company said G Squared Founders Greg Nossaman and Greg Woodford will join the company.

The acquisition expands its technology investment banking platform to include coverage of the government services and defense technology sectors, it said.
