Pitney Bowes Launches Tender Offers for Up to $75 Million of Notes

08:04 AM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pitney Bowes ( PBI ) said Friday it started cash tender offers to buy back up to $75 million of its 6.70% notes due 2043 and 5.250% medium-term notes due 2037.

The offers run expires at 11:59 p.m ET Dec. 19, with holders able to withdraw tenders until Dec. 12, the company said.

Pitney Bowes ( PBI ) is offering $21.25 for each $25 of the 2043 notes and $767.50 for each $1,000 of the 2037 notes, plus accrued interest to the settlement date, it said.

The company plans to fund the repurchases with cash on hand and expects settlement around Dec. 23, subject to the $75 million cap and other conditions in the offer to purchase, Pitney Bowes ( PBI ) said.
