Plaza Retail REIT Appoints Jason Parravano as Chief Executive

08:06 AM EDT, 10/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Plaza Retail REIT (PLZ-UN.TO), which rose 1.8% to near 52 week highs last Friday, on Tuesday said Jason Parravano will succeed Michael Zakuta as president and chief executive, effective Jan. 2.

Jason Parravano who is currently Plaza's chief operating officer, joined the organization in January. He served as president and CEO of Net Real Estate Investment Trust (NET-UN.V) from 2017 to 2023.

Zakuta will remain as a member of the board.
