Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected a $0.33 loss.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $120.3 million, down from $210.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $157.7 million.

Plug Power ( PLUG ) shares fell by nearly 5% ahead of Thursday's opening bell.
