PMGC Signs LOI to Acquire CNC Machining Firm; Shares Rise

01:04 PM EDT, 06/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PMGC Holdings ( ELAB ) said Tuesday it signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire an unnamed, US-based CNC machining company that produces components for the aerospace and defense sectors.

Financial details were not disclosed.

The target firm generated about $4.5 million in revenue in 2024, according to PMGC ( ELAB ).

PMGC ( ELAB ) shares were up 7% in recent trading.
