09:22 AM EDT, 10/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- POET Technologies ( POET ) said Wednesday that it received a production order worth more than $5 million for its Infinity optical engines from a major systems integrator.

The company said the customer will use the engines to build and sell optical transceiver modules.

The order includes 400G and 800G transmit and receive engines designed for AI-driven data center applications and shipments are expected in H2 2026, the company said.

POET shares were up by more than 6% in premarket trading.
